Deposit/Reservation Policy: Due to our intimate size, a 50% deposit is required upon booking a reservation. This deposit is non refundable but may be transferred to a later date less an administration fee of $100 per room. A signature copy will be sent with confirmation.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for cancellation. If 72 hours notice or more is given, the only charge will be the non refundable deposit plus administration fee. Less than 36 hours notice or "no-shows" will lead to maximum charge of the nights for each room reserved. Transferred policy does not apply.

Property Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any and all damage and/or other property damage which may be caused by them or their guests during their stay. Should damage occur during your stay, guests will be required to reimburse E’Terra Inn a fair and reasonable fee for repairs and/or replacement.  Such fees will be charged to the guest's credit card.

Pet Policy: In line with E'Terra's environmental policy to give consideration to those guests who may have allergies, E'Terra does NOT permit pets. Pet exception – dogs required for the visually impaired in the Morel suite only.  Full facility rental may include pets at an additional fee for cleaning.  Scoop policy does apply to all trails.

Food Policy: We allow our guests to bring light snacks and beverages to their suites however a cleaning fee will be charged for any spills that damage carpets, linens or furniture. Outside ordered food may be only consumed in our Dining or Patio areas. E'Terra has a strict recycling policy therefore guests must be prepared take home any Styrofoam containers.
Please let us know, in advance, of any special dietary requirements or sensitivity and our staff will do their best to accommodate your needs.

Smoking Policy: E'Terra is a ‘No Smoking’ facility. There will be a charge of $300.00 to a credit card for the cleaning of any room in which guests have smoked. Please note that the smoke detectors have been set on their most sensitive setting for smoke detection by the Fire department! (smoking is not permitted within 9 metres or 29.5 feet of any Inn doors or windows)

Special Needs Policy: For those with physical, emotional or mental challenges, E’Terra does it’s best to satisfy these requirements. We have a Lift between 3 levels but unfortunately we are unable to provide access to Merlin’s Loft or the Library. Ramps are provided around the immediate area of the building.  Braille is on signage, and meals can be Customised. If special bedding or bathing needs are necessary, please ensure staff is advised when making the reservation.

Full Facility Rentals are available and include staff (unless otherwise requested) allowing the opportunity for exclusive use of grounds and boardroom facilities for personal or corporate groups to ensure ultimate privacy. This type of rental could also include the private Indigo Suite. If children are to be included in the party, they must be under supervision (such as a nanny) at all times and can only be accommodated in the Monarch Suite. Maximum is 14 people.

Method of payment: E'Terra accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Traveller Cheques, Business Cheques, Money transfers and cash. Please note that a credit card is required to be on file for any damages. . .

Special Note: We have a Waterloo Biological waste treatment system on site. We have researched extensively and provide for you the best in organic Body Care Products for your personal use during your stay. Information is provided in each suite, as well you can ask our staff about issues you may have concerning this matter, such as possible allergies to natural ingredients.

Laundry:  For longer stays, arrangements can be made for this service.  Please ask any of our staff about evening use of the household washer and dryer so it can be made available for your convenience. All stain removable are non chemical, and it is best to ask the laundry staff if you have any questions regarding these techniques.
