Gastronomy is an interdisciplinary activity. Good observation will reveal that around the food there exists dance, dramatic arts, painting, sculpture, literature, architecture and in other words, the Fine Arts. Such enjoyment for the lifestyle of an Epicurean or Bon Vivant! Soooo… here we offer you the ‘Eco-Picurean’ experience!!!
Our focus, at E’Terra is to continually produce sensational combinations of cuisine that not only provokes the human senses but also mystifies them to a utopia of tastes and textures. We constantly push the boundaries of today’s cooking styles in order to show respect and maintain the integrity of the natural local products being produced within this region. Developing our knowledge of the science within the world of nutritional gastronomy we entertain our clients and enchant their palates, minds and spirits.
Our personal chef is skilled at addressing dietary sensitivity serving his gourmet fare according to the seasons in our intimate dining room. The mainstay of our daily prepared menus is featured around the 100 Mile and the 500 Mile Diet and as much as possible we shop for organics, fair trade and direct trade in many products. We continue to expand our knowledge in what Mother Nature’s seasonal pantry provides.
Locally, besides seasonal vegetables, we serve organic bison, elk, lamb, free range eggs and fowl. At E’Terra we have an extensive herb garden and our own vegetable garden for cucumber, zucchini, squash, tomatoes, beets and a variety of peppers.

Over the course of the four season options for cooking classes, chef tasting menus, learning to eat for optimum health and executive well being, the 100 to 500 mile diet and an everyday eating extravaganza is designed for your enjoyment. We also package options into other Customised stays or extended stays that can include exclusive wine tasting with food pairings as well as premium scotch tasting and blending ‘the holistic mad martini’.
