The personal chef produces daily, set menus of sensational combinations that provoke the human senses into a mystical utopia of tastes and textures.

As we continually develop our knowledge of the science within the world of nutritional gastronomy, so that we may entertain our clients and enchant their palates, minds, and spirits.

By pushing the boundaries of present day cooking styles, we maintain the integrity of the natural and sustainable products.

The set menus are generally created from various organic, fair trade, and direct trade produce. Items such as vegetables and herbs grown on the Estate, free-range eggs, organic rabbit, bison, elk, lamb, and a variety of fowl inspire the chef.

Customised menus that address dietary sensitivities are seen as a canvas for gourmet opulence. If prearranged, the chef is able to meet all health-related and natural produce requests.

Custom Designed and Extended Stay package guests are welcome to prearrange gastronomic extravaganzas such as: chef‘s tables or menu tasting sessions. Guests may also venture into the kitchen themselves for cooking classes for personal guidance on how to optimise health and executive well being.

The Villa’s Dining Room offers meals to registered guests.
