“Niagara Escarpment flagstone form the heated pathways through out the great house and the cherry wood, pine and ash floors are locally milled. Hand knotted Carpets and Kilims add spirit and validity to the passion that E’Terra hosts and all have their own stories on how they came to grace the floors here. Recline on exquisite furnishings, each a signature piece designed by the Elite of North American Craftsmen ~ Statton, Harden, Sam Moore, Pearson and enjoy hand-forged, quality wrought-iron eclectic designed lighting from Hubbardton Forge.”

“It will take you time to wander throughout the house and experience the stunning private Art collection. Almost exclusively Canadian and original, the home is itself a remarkable Gallery. The stained glass French doors of the boardroom traditionally crafted took a year to design and construct.
In the Library you will find Allan Smutylo’s musk ox painting from his collections of “ People who live on the Edge” and the second one is in the Great room with the whale, ravens and the First peoples mask. I can’t choose which painting I loved more, the musk ox or the ravens in the living room. Guests are invited, (if so inclined,) to make an imprint on E’Terra by choosing to leave behind a copy of one of their favourite books in the library. I did! ”  DRK
